2024 Farmhouse Fizz

Pet-Nat of Chardonnay (60%) & Vermentino (40%)

VITICULTURE - Grow by the beautiful folk of Rosnay Organic / Biodynamic Vineyard. Practicing Organics and Biodynamics for over 25 years. Employing regenerative practices in the vineyard; cover crops, nutrients applications, sheep grazing and biodynamic preparations. 

VINICULTURE - Both Chardonnay and Vermentino portions fermented on skins for 2-weeks. Basket pressed to old oak puncheons for 6-months. De-frosted Vermentino juice blended in before bottling for a second ferment, creating a natural fizz. No fining, filtering or added sulphites.

Tasting Notes: Zesty, zippy, lemon citrus, hints of the peel and rind. Delicate fizz and touch of funk.

Serving Suggestions: Cold, not necessarily icey.
