2023 Light Red Squared

Light Red Blend of Syrah (60%) and Viognier (40%)

VITICULTURE - Biodynamic and Regenerative practices employed. Cover crops, compost teas, biodynamic preparations and organic nutrients. No chemicals, copper or sulphur sprays used. 

VINICULTURE - Syrah portion whole bunch ferment, semi-cabonic; Viognier portion 2-weeks skin contact; both basket pressed and aged in neutral barrels for 1-year.
Native yeast, wild ferments, no fining, filtering or sulphites added.

Tasting Notes: Refined, delicate and perfumed. Mineral undertones, delicate aromatics, soft tannins, bright acids and immense drinkability.

Serving Suggestions:  Serve chilled in summer and at room temperature in winter.
