Medium-Bodied Cabernet

VITICULTURE - Biodynamic and Regenerative practices employed. Cover crops, compost teas, biodynamic preparations and organic nutrients. No chemicals, copper or sulphur sprays used. 

VINICULTURE - 10-days carbonic maceration, 2-week ferment whole bunch. Aged for 12 months in neutral American oak barrels. No fining, filtering or added sulphites

Tasting Notes: Dark fruits and Earthy to taste, distinctly Cabernet and herbaceous to smell. Medium bodied, soft tannins and full of life.

Serving Notes: Best at room temperature or slightly chilled in summer. De-canting will liberate and suppressed fruits.

Alcohol: 12%ABV
